Argyle Luxury Villa is a self catering holiday home in Camps Bay sleeping ten guests in five bedrooms each furnished with a King-size bed. The first room has a private lounge and a balcony with sensational views. Each room has an en-suite bathroom, two are fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin and while the remaining three are fitted with a shower toilet and basin. The spacious art deco lounge has air-conditioning, a Smart TV and a stunning view. It leads out onto the terrace. There is a ten seater dining table where you can enjoy your meals and a fully equipped state of the art kitchen containing everything required for your self catering stay. You can work from the villa with an office upstairs, complete with a printer etc. The outdoor area has a large table for lazy lunches, a gas braai and a 12 metre heated swimming pool. There is enough space for guests to have privacy but great spaces to spend together. Off street parking is provided for four vehicles. The house is solar powered and therefore not affected by standard loadshedding.

      Why do I have to pay a deposit?

      This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

      Can I pay the deposit at month end?

      That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online.
