The apartment features three generously sized bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and an open-plan bathroom that includes a bath, basin, and toilet. This room opens onto a balcony where both sea and mountain views can be enjoyed. The second and third bedrooms are each fitted with queen-size beds and share a bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet. Guests are provided with crisp linen and fresh towels to ensure a comfortable stay.

The interior living spaces are designed with a seamless flow, combining a stylish open-plan lounge and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with premium appliances, including an integrated fridge, a bar fridge, a large induction hob, a Nespresso machine, as well as cutlery and crockery. A separate scullery houses a dishwasher for added convenience.

The dining area offers a welcoming space for shared meals, while the lounge, furnished with plush seating and a smart TV, creates the perfect setting for relaxation. High-speed Wi-Fi is included, and a generator backup system ensures uninterrupted comfort regardless of power outages.

The lounge opens through stacking doors onto a balcony where outdoor seating, braai facilities, and uninterrupted sea views provide the perfect setting for leisurely afternoons. Guests have access to a communal swimming pool and entertainment area located on the fourth floor of the building.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.

    3D secure is a legislated prerequisite for all online purchases in South Africa.
