Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
More than 1 month prior to arrival: 50% Cancellation fee (50% deposit of full booking value is non-refundable). Within 1 month of arrival: 100% Cancellation fee (Full amount of booking value is due and non-refundable). In the case of premature termination of the stay, the entire booking amount is payable.
