9 Beaconsfield Holiday Apartment accommodates up to 6 adults and 4 children and consists of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The first bedroom is arranged with 2 single beds which can be converted in a king size bed, and includes an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower.

The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and uses a separate bathroom that has a shower. The third bedroom features 2 child-only bunk beds and provides an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The fourth bedroom offers a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. Linen and bath towels are supplied for convenience.

The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher and a breakfast bar with stools. A separate laundry room is available and is fitted with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The lounge and dining area provide comfortable seating for meals and relaxation and feature a wood-burning fireplace that adds a warm touch on cooler evenings. Entertainment is provided by a smart TV with DStv channels and free Wi Fi access, and guests can simply log into their preferred streaming accounts.

Large sliding glass doors connect the indoor living areas to a covered patio and deck where outdoor seating, sun loungers and portable braai facilities create an inviting space to enjoy the changing colours over the lagoon. An outdoor shower, a secure garage and off street parking are also available for guest use.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
