8A Loader Street is a large open plan studio apartment. The layout is divided into two by central cupboards and shelving. Sash windows are on two sides of the open plan area. This studio has been tastefully designed with comfortable colourful suede seating for the living area and two seater dining space. There is a TV with selected satellite channels and Wi-Fi is available. The fully fitted modern kitchen stretches along one wall looking out on the village and includes a washer / dryer. A great place to "work from home" with dedicated desk area in the open plan King-size air-conditioned bedroom area. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a separate shower, bath, toilet and basin. A hairdryer and wall safe are provided.

      Frequently Asked Questions

      Why do I have to pay a deposit?

      This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

      Can I pay the deposit at month end?

      That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.
