70 Loader Street is positioned at the quieter end of Loader Street and is a holiday house with a single garage extending across to Bayview Terrace. The views alone are enough to make you come back here time and again. Stylishly decorated the ground floor with fully fitted kitchen is open plan. The dining and living room with ornamental fireplace and under-floor heating opens out onto a terrace with great views of the harbour and city. A queen size air-conditioned bedroom with separate shower bathroom is also located on this floor. Upstairs the one twin/king air-conditioned bedroom with separate bathroom looks onto Table Mountain and Signal Hill. The large en-suite air-conditioned twin master bedroom has French windows opening onto a small terrace overlooking the harbour and waterfront. This popular property has a wooden sun deck above the garage with Jacuzzi and views of Signal Hill and Table Mountain. The property has satellite television, DVD, music systems, and a manual wall safe. The garage opening is 2.37m wide and 2.24m high. This house does have Wi-Fi available on request. Serviced six days a week with a light service on Sundays, with the exception of public holidays. All bed linen and towels and the kitchen is fully fitted. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, Roof deck hot tub, Air-conditioned bedrooms, Garage, Terrace and balcony with harbour view, Roof deck with Table Mountain views.

Full payment is required prior to check-in.
A booking form will be sent and must be completed in full for us to then send 3DSecure payment link for the breakage deposit.
An admin fee of R400 applies if you do cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival and this will be deducted from the deposit paid.
Late check-in fees apply if the check-in is outside of normal reception hours.
The refundable property security deposit is payable 7 days prior to arrival by the main guest staying.
Please note the establishment requires the ID's of all guests to be provided prior to the check-in date.
The refundable breakage deposit is paid back within 7 working days after the check-out date.

Travelling with children?
Children of all ages are welcome. Children do need to be supervised at all times. Properties with balconies, roof decks, pools and hot tubs are not child friendly.
How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
Cancellation policy
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
