Stylishly decorated the ground floor with fully fitted kitchen is open plan. The dining and living room with ornamental fireplace and under-floor heating opens out onto a terrace with great views of the harbour and city.

A queen size air-conditioned bedroom with separate shower bathroom is also located on this floor.

Upstairs the one twin/king air-conditioned bedroom with separate bathroom looks onto Table Mountain and Signal Hill. The large en-suite air-conditioned twin master bedroom has French windows opening onto a small terrace overlooking the harbour and waterfront.

This popular property has a wooden sun deck above the garage with Jacuzzi and views of Signal Hill and Table Mountain. The property has satellite television, DVD, music systems, and a manual wall safe.

The garage opening is 2.37m wide and 2.24m high. This house does have Wi-Fi available on request.
