You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you or any member of your party cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit/ debit card, or we may send you an invoice, for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant. We may make an additional charge if you did not report this.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
Cancellation policy
Short Term Stays (1 to 3 nights):
• If bookings are cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival, any prepayment is forfeited
• Between 7-14 days prior, 75% is forfeited
• Between 14-21 days prior, 50% is forfeited
• Between 21-28 days prior, 25% is forfeited
Long Term Stays (4 nights or more):
• Cancellations must be made more than 14 days prior to your date of arrival for a 50% refund. If cancelled within the 14 day period 75% of your payment will be forfeited
