This modern, two bedroom apartment is fully furnished and located on the second floor. The main bedroom is fitted with a double bed and the other bedroom has a single bed. Both of these bedrooms have ceiling fans and share a bathroom that makes use of shower over bath, toilet and a basin. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. The open plan lounge, which leads onto a spacious balcony, is furnished with comfortable furniture and a large, flat-screen TV with DStv / satellite channels. The kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for self catering. It contains a fridge / freezer, flat top stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The balcony has outdoor dining furniture and views of the area.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?
