42 Napier Street is a luxurious 4 star three bedroom cottage offering accommodation for five persons, ideally located at the centre of De Waterkant Village. As you enter the property, via a central corridor, you pass the air-conditioned double bedroom on one side and single bedroom plus shared bathroom on the other. The entertaining heart of the property is open plan with six seated dining area, comfortable living space, fireplace and fully fitted kitchen that all overlook the private enclosed fountain court-yard. A staircase takes you to the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and opens out onto its own private terrace with Jacuzzi. The court-yard below has external steps that take you to the top roof terrace with spectacular 360deg views of Table Mountain, the City and Harbour. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; Roof top hot tub; Air-conditioned double bedrooms; Fireplace; Roof deck with Table Mountain views; Private court yard. Fully serviced; Washing machine and dryer. Microwave, Shower and baths, Satellite TV (DStv Compact), WiFi, DVD / CD, Wall safe, Jacuzzi.

Full payment is required prior to check-in.

A booking form will be sent and must be completed in full for us to then send 3DSecure payment link for the breakage deposit.

An admin fee of R400 applies if you do cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival and this will be deducted from the deposit paid.

Late check-in fees apply if the check-in is outside of normal reception hours.

The refundable property security deposit is payable 7 days prior to arrival by the main guest staying.

Please note the establishment requires the ID's of all guests to be provided prior to the check-in date.

The refundable breakage deposit is paid back within 7 working days after the check-out date.

Travelling with children?
Children of all ages are welcome. Children do need to be supervised at all times. Properties with balconies, roof decks, pools and hot tubs are not child friendly.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
