42 Napier Street is a luxurious 4 star three bedroom cottage offering Cape Town accommodation for five persons, ideally located at the centre of De Waterkant Village.

This area of Cape Town is right in the CBD of the city and is perfectly positioned between the city centre, Green Point and the V&A Waterfront which are all no more than fifteen minutes walk.


As you enter the property, via a central corridor, you pass the air-conditioned double bedroom on one side and single bedroom plus shared bathroom on the other.

The entertaining heart of the property is open plan with six seated dining area, comfortable living space, fireplace and fully fitted kitchen that all overlook the private enclosed fountain court-yard.

A staircase takes you to the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and opens out onto its own private terrace with Jacuzzi. The court-yard below has external steps that take you to the top roof terrace with spectacular 360deg views of Table Mountain, the City and Harbour.
