332 The Square is a spacious and modern studio apartment on Old Town Square. The secure complex features a pool, gym and retail shops. The complex is situated in the CBD and is within walking distance to the Castle of Good Hope, Parliament and Company's Garden. 332 The Square self catering studio apartment is a corner unit with large windows and great views of Table Mountain. The apartment is suited to accommodate two guests and is furnished with a Queen-size bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, hand basin and WC. Other facilities include a dining room, dinner table, Wi-Fi, a kitchenette, a TV with DStv heating, and a hairdryer. On-site facilities include a gym, a swimming pool, an elevator, ironing facilities, laundromat, and secure parking.

      Conditions

      A standard key & breakage deposit is due before or at check-in. The holding amount depends on length of stay and the standard of the apartment and may be changed at owner’s / management’s discretion. The holding deposit is completed through a secure link with a credit card. This is merely a hold on the amount and released within 14 days after check out if no claims was reported. There will be no actual deduction from your account and therefore there will be no credit. When looking at your bank statement, you will see the hold and the available balance will be less than the actual balance. When the hold is released, you will no longer see the hold and your available balance will again correspond with the actual balance. If no credit card is available for the holding deposit, the deposit is payable via EFT but needs to bank and reflect in our account before arrival. We will then request your bank confirmation letter to process the refund bank to your account. If none of the two options above was actioned a refundable cash/debit card payment must be made before check in can be completed and there would be a min fee of R150 applicable for the processing of the refund back to your account. NO cash refunds will be allowed. Deposits will be refunded within 14 days after check out, should everything be in order. The purpose of the Holding Deposit is for any incidentals including, but not limited to, Lost or Broken Keys, Damages to Property, Stained or badly soiled Linen, Excessively Dirty Apartment, Noise Complaints, or any Breach of House Rules

      Why do I have to pay a deposit?

      This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

      Can I pay the deposit at month end?

      That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

      What is 3D Secure?
