Bushwillow comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three well-appointed bedrooms. The main en-suite bedroom, located within the main house, features a king-size bed and a spacious bathroom complete with a bath, shower, bidet, and toilet. Glass doors open onto a private enclosed outdoor area, creating a seamless connection with nature. The second and third bedrooms are situated in separate cottages just a few metres from the main house, offering additional privacy. Bedroom two features a queen-size bed, while bedroom three is furnished with two three-quarter beds. Both cottages offer en-suite bathrooms with showers and private enclosed outdoor spaces. Each bedroom includes air conditioning for summer comfort, heating for cooler winter evenings, electric blankets, a tea and coffee station, and a mini fridge.

Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
• More than 30 days prior to check-in: Full refund (no cancellation fee).
• 22–30 days prior to check-in: 25% of the deposit will be forfeited.
• 15–21 days prior to check-in: 60% of the deposit will be forfeited.
• 8–14 days prior to check-in: 80% of the deposit will be forfeited.
• 1–7 days prior to check-in: 100% of the deposit will be forfeited.
• No-show or early departure: No refund; the full booking value will be forfeited and remains payable.
