The estate forms part of a private nature reserve where impala and kudu roam freely, while bird enthusiasts will delight in the abundance of birdlife and easy access to the neighbouring North West Parks Bird Sanctuary.

Bushwillow Estate is renowned for its peaceful atmosphere and strict noise-control policies, making it perfect for families, couples, and nature lovers. Guests can enjoy the serenity of the surroundings without the disturbance of loud music or parties.

Accommodation

31 Bushwillow comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three well-appointed bedrooms. The main en-suite bedroom, located within the main house, features a king-size bed and a spacious bathroom complete with a bath, shower, bidet, and toilet. Glass doors open onto a private enclosed outdoor area, creating a seamless connection with nature.

The second and third bedrooms are situated in separate cottages just a few metres from the main house, offering additional privacy. Bedroom two features a queen-size bed, while bedroom three is furnished with two three-quarter beds. Both cottages offer en-suite bathrooms with showers and private enclosed outdoor spaces. Each bedroom includes air conditioning for summer comfort, heating for cooler winter evenings, electric blankets, a tea and coffee station, and a mini fridge.

The home is fully equipped for a comfortable self-catering stay and operates completely off-grid with a substantial solar power system, inverter, and battery backup, ensuring uninterrupted electricity and Wi-Fi connectivity.

Guests can enjoy a well-equipped kitchen featuring a gas hob and electric oven, while outdoor living is enhanced by a Weber charcoal braai, a large fire pit area, and a sparkling swimming pool. Please note that the pool is unfenced and unsupervised, and guests travelling with young children should exercise caution.
