301 Quayside is a self catering apartment in Century City. Located on the 3rd floor of the secure complex there is elevator access to the apartment. Smoking is not permitted. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms sleeping four guests comfortably. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower, hand basin and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with twin / two single beds and has a separate bathroom that is equipped with a shower over the bath, hand basin and toilet. The kitchen, dining area and lounge are open-plan, with facilities included in the kitchen such as a fridge-freezer and microwave, an oven with a stove, a washing machine as well as a tumble dryer, and ample built-in cupboards to store crockery and cutlery, with other appliances. The lounge has comfortable seating and includes a large TV with selected DStv channels.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
