This self catering property offering accommodation ideal for groups, sleeps six guests in three bedrooms, garage, pool and amazing views. This area has amazing views of Table Mountain and Signal Hill. Designed to the highest standard this award winning contemporary property stretches from Loader Street, with secure garage, to Bayview Terrace with a plunge pool and great views of the harbour and city. The ground floor consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms, one king/twin with en-suite shower and a queen with separate bathroom with shower. The open plan kitchen, dining area and living space with impressive ornamental gas fireplace opens out onto the small garden with seating and plunge pool. This area has views across to the harbour. Wooden floating stairs lead you to the master air-conditioned bedroom, here you can enjoy harbour views from the bed that overlooks a balcony. There is a freestanding bath behind the bed that also enjoys the same views with glass walled shower and toilet. The rear sun deck has a 8 seater hot tub can either be accessed from the external staircase next to the garage or through the master bedroom's en-suite. The cottage offers space, privacy and home comforts; each is cleaned six days a week with a light service on Sundays, with the exception of public holidays. We provide all bed linen and towels and the kitchen is fully fitted and there is complimentary tea and coffee to get you started.       Frequently Asked Questions

      Why do I have to pay a deposit?

      This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

      Can I pay the deposit at month end?

      That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.
