Check in is no earlier than 14h00 pm and checkout is 09h00 am (anytime after this will be charged at R150 per hour.)
Arrivals after hours - will be arranged with agents and they will provide tenants with directions for key collections.

TENANTS will be held responsible for all charges relating to lost keys or keys not returned after vacating the premises drop off point will be revealed to tenant upon check in.

Directions to the flat will be in the envelope provided.

(A reminder units will be checked after tenants have vacated for any damage, loss or excessive cleaning. These extra charges will be deducted off the breakage deposits . When all is in order a batch payment will be done and your refund made.
