10 Uluwatu Zimbali presents an elegant four bedroom home, all en suite, elevated above the 6th fairway of the celebrated Zimbali Golf Course. A substantial wooden deck extends from the living areas and frames a charming splash pool with a built in champagne seat, creating an inviting setting for leisurely afternoons and relaxed evenings. Entertaining is made effortless with both a Weber braai and a Jetmaster braai available on the deck, ensuring memorable gatherings with family and friends.

The principal bedroom is appointed with a king size bed, the second bedroom offers a queen size bed, while the third and fourth bedrooms are each furnished with two single or three quarter beds. Every bedroom benefits from its own en suite bathroom, providing privacy and comfort for all guests.

A fully equipped gourmet kitchen, fitted with modern appliances and thoughtful conveniences, flows seamlessly into the dining area and comfortable lounge. Sliding doors open from the living spaces onto the patio, establishing a bright and airy open plan environment that encourages easy entertaining and relaxed family time.

The main living area features a large screen television with full bouquet DStv, while one of the bedrooms is also equipped with a large screen television, an arrangement that suits older children or young adults seeking their own space.

Two four seater electric golf carts are included for use on the course as well as for convenient access to the many leisure and entertainment facilities available within Zimbali Estate.     Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.
