With an in-house butchery offering customised butchering, with blockmen cutting and preparing your meat, meat aged to perfection, thick sliced leg chops and rosemary deboned legs of lamb, The Butcher Shop & Grill offer an unparalleled taste adventure. Rump, fillet, sirloin, rib-eye, T-bone and prime rib are wet aged for approximately 21 days, paired perfectly with a wine selection from both their wine cellar and their vintage cellar.

The menu offers much more than steak, starting with delicious starters from the ocean, such as Grilled Baby Calamari, Creamy Mussels and Smoked Salmon and Avo. Lamb riblets are a popular starter, as are the Sticky Riblets in Chinese style. An impressive salad selection offers a choice of the more simplistic through to Calamari & haloumi, or Rocket with Parmesan shavings.

Things get serious when it comes to meat: there are all the traditional beef cuts – and for the more adventurous, there are many unusual dishes to choose from. Steak Tartar; Wagyu; Australian Rump; Lamb Shank; Lamb Chops of the Day; Slow-roasted Lamb and Chilli Pork Spare ribs are all succulent, tender and tasty. Seafood and poultry dishes abound, with dishes such as Scottish Salmon; Tiger Prawns and Langoustines prepared to perfection. ‘Tastes of Africa’ takes one through a heady taste journey, with Ostrich Fillet; Game of the Day and Venison Pie.
