DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
Booking will only be confirmed on receipt of 50% deposit and proof of payment. Failure to pay the deposit within 72 hours of acknowledgment of your reservation request will result in this provisional reservation being cancelled. Final payment is due and payable 15 days before arrival date. A R500 refundable key / breakage deposit is payable. A R450 clean out fee is compulsory and payable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation 15 to 10 days before arrival forfeits 25% of total quoted amount
Cancellation 10 days or less forfeits 100% of total quoted amount
