DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

1 night booking: 100 % of the value of the total stay.
2 or more nights booking: 50 % of the value of the total stay.
Deposits can be made Electronic banking or direct banking. If prepayment is not received from the Travel Agent prior to the Guests' arrival then the Guest will be responsible for payment on arrival.

Kindly note that reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. Provisional reservations not confirmed within 7 days from date of reservation are automatically released.

CANCELLATION POLICY

10% cancellation fee on the value of the total stay will be levied on the
reservations cancelled.
50% of the value of the total stay if cancelled less than 14 days prior to
the date of arrival.
100% of the value of the total stay if cancelled less than 48 hours prior
to the date of arrival, or if no show.
No verbal cancellation will be accepted. All cancellations must be faxed.
