DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A 50% deposit is due on booking in order to confirm the booking. Payments of deposits must be made within 48 hours or a booking will become null and void. Once your 50% deposit has been paid and confirmed you will be sent a formal booking confirmation.
All deposits are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations should be done in writing and the following policy applies to the balance outstanding when cancelling a reservation: deposits are non refundable. With regard to the balance due:
More than 60 days prior to arrival: 0% cancellation fee
More than 30 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee
Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fee
