Self Catering Accommodation
Old Stone Cottage (self catering):
Our Old Hunter's Cottage is a stone cottage built in the 1890s and features four bedrooms, two fireplaces, verandas and an open-air braai area. It also offers beautiful views of the veld and old traditional stone farmyard.
Olienhout Cottage (self catering):
This is a traditional stone cottage featuring three bedrooms, one full bathroom, a veranda and an outside barbecue. The cottage also has a beautiful view over the sable breeding camp.
Main Farmhouse (double room):
The main Cape Dutch farm house was built in 1957 and is our main base camp. It accommodates two guests in an en-suite double room with twin single beds and forms part of the main family home.
Karee Cottage (self catering):
This cottage is similar to Olienhout Cottage and sleeps up to six guests.
Bring your mountain bike to use one of ours for a trip through the game camp. Take part in a guided sheep, cattle or goat farm experience (we are a fully functioning sheep, goat and cattle farm).
Day trips can include photographic trips to the Campbell Kloof, Khoi San Bushmen shelter with Stone Age tools and historical Campbell and township. We can also arrange horseback trails or book an African Colonial safari dinner in the bush and at the end of a busy day, watch the sunset and experience the tranquil, wide open spaces and spectacular diamond-studded African skies at night.
