A deposit of 10% of the total quoted price is required to confirm a reservation
Services rendered within 31 to 90 days require a deposit of 25%.
Services rendered within 30 days require a deposit of 100%.
• Block bookings (four or more vehicles required for the same itinerary)
A deposit of 25% of the total quoted price is required to confirm a reservation
Services rendered within 90 days require a deposit of 50%.
Services rendered within 30 days require a deposit of 100%.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellations shall only be valid if received in writing.
• Normal bookings
Cancellations 30 to 90 days before commencement of services are subject to cancellation fees of 10% of the total quoted price.
Cancellations 14 to 29 days before commencement of services are subject to cancellation fees of 25% of the total quoted price.
Cancellations 1 to 3 days before commencement of services are subject to cancellation fees of 50% of the total quoted price.
No notice of cancellation is subject to 100% cancellation fees.
• Block bookings
