CANCELLATION POLICY

Failure of the customer to arrive, or cancellations made 0 to 3 days prior to the agreed arrival date, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
Cancellations made 3 to 14 days prior to the agreed arrival date, forfeit the deposit of 50% of the total booking value.
Cancellations made 14 days to one month prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 50% of the deposit.
