Somerset West Accommodation / Stellendal Guest House Somerset West Accommodation / B&B or Self Catering in Somerset West

Welcome to the jewel of the Helderberg and the stylish comfort of Stellendal Guest House in Somerset West ...

Stellendal Guesthouse offers accommodation in en-suite double rooms in the Cape-Dutch style guest house or fully equipped self catering cottages, within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

Owner-managers Marry & JanWillem have lovingly refurbished the interior of this 85-year-old Cape-Dutch style house with a touch so sure that the air of serenity remains virtually undisturbed. Garden greenery, secluded nooks under burgeoning oak trees and an idyllic pool, create a haven of peace amidst the bustle of daily life, where you have time to tune into the song of birds, the croaking of frogs.

Accommodation

The seven en-suite double bedrooms offer guests a taste of Africa, the Bushman room and the Ndebele room, for instance. The accent is on simplicity and comfort; so, for example, the beds are extra-long, and low-level heating keeps the indoor temperature pleasant.

Wooden floors, padded sofas and a large fireplace accentuate the elegance of the lounge and the library. Here guests can gather for a drink and read their own book or a book out of the libraryr. The three self catering cottages offer all the conveniences the traveler needs for a comfortable stay, and children can there also be accommodated.

All these benefits, and affordable rates mean that Stellendal Guest House really does offer good value for money.
