Deposits are often required to confirm a booking. Please enquire with Sea Otters Lodge for details.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Only signed and written cancellations will be accepted. Should you cancel the booking or you do not arrive or you do not complete your stay, the following cancellation policy will be instituted. Any cancellation of a confirmed booking done by an accommodation voucher - Guest will forfeit the full booking voucher (100%) that was use to confirm / secure the booking.
Cancellation: 32 days + before date of arrival - Guest will forfeit 50% of deposit payment.
Cancellation: 15 - 31 days before date of arrival - Guest will forfeit 100% of deposit payment.
Cancellation: 0 - 14 days before date of arrival or a no-show - Guest will forfeit 100% of deposit payment and be liable for the balance of the original accommodation booking made.
