DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
To confirm a booking we require a 50 % deposit on the full amount within 24 hours. We need proof of payment faxed to us, failing this, the booking will be cancelled immediately.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of the booking being cancelled with less than 4 days notice being given, you will be responsible for a 50% cancellation fee (if the necessary deposit of 50% has not been paid yet). A 100% cancellation fee will be charged if less than 24 hours notice is given or a Non Show.
In the event of a dinner reservation being cancelled less than 8 hours before the serving time, you will be responsible for a 100% cancellation fee.
