Additional:
A key deposit of R50 is to be paid on arrival. This amount will however be refunded in cash after vacating the room / cottage if the rules of refunding (available on application) are not breached.
A breakage deposit of R200  will be charged for groups staying in the Group Facility. This will be refunded on day of departure if there are no breakages or damage to premises as outlined in rules of refunding (available on application).

DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A deposit of 100% of the total price is required to confirm a booking and must be made within 24 hours of our acknowledgement of your provisional booking by email or fax.

Deposits made 7 days or less before date of arrival must be cash deposits or electronic transfers. Cheque deposits are not acceptable.

BANK CHARGES / FOREIGN TRANSFERS:
If you are making a payment from overseas or from another bank, please note that all bank charges, differences in exchange rates, etc. are for the depositor's account. The amount due should reach Sani Lodge Backpackers free of any charges.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation 0-14 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total cost is forfeit.
Cancellation 15-30 days prior to arrival, 75% of the total cost is forfeit.
Cancellation 31-45 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total cost is forfeit.
100% of the deposit is retained for last minute cancellations due to adverse weather conditions.

Guests are liable for full account of period booked regardless of late arrival or early checkout.

A 10% handling fee is charged on refunds for cancellations more than 45 days prior to arrival date. Bank fees for cash deposits / payments / bank transfers are strictly non-refundable.
