Seasons:
Low Season:Beginning May until September school holidays, excluding June school holidays and long weekends
Mid Season: All other days which do not fall into the Low or High Season
High Season: December school holidays and the Easter Weekend
Notes:
Minimum stays apply only during our High Season, and over certain long weekends.
One night stays are payable in full upon confirmation.
A cleaning fee may be levied on one night stays over mid or high season.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Less than 7 days - forfeit full deposit.
From 7 to 28 days - forfeit 50% of deposit.
More than 28 days - forfeit 15% of deposit.
