How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival date: forfeit deposit.
Cancellation 7-29 days prior to arrival: forfeit 50% of the deposit.
Cancellation 30 days or more prior to arrival: full refund of the deposit will be made.
Amounts paid in full on arrival date are non-refundable in case of cancellation.
