Outstanding.What an experience. Lola and her staff really created a masterpiece.. This was experiencing Africa in quite a unique way. The tranquility we experienced almost in the heart of the city was wonderfully welcome.
This guest house was really put together with love and an exceptional flair of artistry. Nothing mundane and run of the mill. I felt as if we were in the residence of one of the great artists of a previous era. The interior has been put together so cleverly that one feels like passing an artist\'s masterpiece at every corner. Yet everything is so sincere and genuine.
The artifacts collected by Lola during her years of travelling in Africa has each found a spot in this intriguing house. We were also fascinated by Lola\'s experiences of Africa. Our stay here was like reading a good book which you can\'t wait to share with somebody. |

Lovely modern, comfortable and positive shining place. The location and the price are very favourable. Breakfast was an eating marathon and served with care and attention. The room was quiet and clean with a nice size. We lowed the staff, particularly kind, helpful and so friendly that we would like to come back to Pretoria. |

This was a fantastic experience presented by Lola and her staff. She created the best ever brunch for our 30 guests.
The ambience of the guest house is great and creates a feeling of tranquility in the suroundings. The interior is decorated with passion and a clear understanding and display of memorabilia collected over years of visiting and travelling. The leather dining room set is VERY nice and gives the idea of big decisions of national importance made around the table. (This we later learned was actually true ! )
There are lots of collectables in the house, but nothing out of place and each has a story to tell and this goes from Morocco to Botswana.
Thanx Lola for a wonderful experience with excellent service, great food a fantastic environment and good company. We enjoyed every moment with you and our family still refers to that event. |
