The luxury penthouse has two bedrooms and two bathrooms making up 142 square meters of apartment on the 13th and 14th floor which is surrounded by balconies all round with fantastic unobstructed views of Table Mountain, Signal Hill, Cape Town city and more.

Furnished with designer furniture and a 42” plasma TV receiving digital satellite television with over 100 channels. It also has a fully imported kitchen with modern amenities, washing machine and tumble dryer which all runs open plan into the dinning room and lounge area.

All furniture, fittings and high-tech audio visual equipment are state of the art, modern and brand new. The penthouse is serviced daily and there is a 3G data card (Wifi) available on request.

Location
