The rear bedroom, overlooking the same courtyard, is furnished with a queen-size bed and also includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for guests' convenience.
The primary living area is located on the first floor, separated by a glass balustrade staircase and framed by floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the courtyard. Designed with a modern aesthetic, this space comprises a 6-seater dining area and a fully equipped kitchen that opens to an elegant lounge with sliding glass doors leading to a decked balcony.
The kitchen is fitted with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee and tea-making facilities. Wooden steps from the balcony ascend to a spacious rooftop terrace, offering panoramic views of the village, the cityscape, and Signal Hill.
Location & Attractions

The refundable property security deposit is payable 7 days prior to arrival by the main guest staying.
Please note the establishment requires the ID's of all guests to be provided prior to the check-in date.
The refundable breakage deposit is paid back within 7 working days after the check-out date.
