We enjoyed our 5 night stay very much. The room was nice, breakfast was delicious and the hospitality was over the top. Brenda and her staff went above and beyond the call of duty to make our stay perfect. We ate breakfast outside in a lovely covered area and had the dogs for company as well as other guests. The house is in a convenient location and Brenda has lots of information on the area and suggestions for things to do. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone. |

Lavender House was not my first choice of accommodation during my stay in South Africa but missing out on my earlier booked hotel left me no choice but to go to Lavender House. And what a surprise! Brenda and her staff were so friendly and welcoming, I really felt at home. And of course, the lovely golden retrievers were a plus. Neat rooms, clean linen, lovely breakfast, quiet neighbourhood. I am definitely staying at Lavender House again when next I am in Cape Town.

Lavender House was not my first choice accommodation for my stay in Cape Town but that changed after my 5-day stay there.Brenda and her friendly staff were just so homely and welcoming.And the 2 golden retrievers were a plus.Neat rooms,fresh linen,lovely breakfast,quiet neighbourhood,Lavender House is it.
