We don't except credit cards, direct deposits ONLY.
100% deposit up front - booking not confirmed until paid in full.
Unless agreed upon in writing prepayment for accommodation bookings is assumed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits and payments are not refundable if cancellation occurs within 30 days of reserved arrival date.
All reservations and cancellations to be in writing by fax or e-mail.
25% cancellation fee will apply on the full booking should cancellation occur between 60 to 30 days prior to arrival.
50% cancellation fee will apply on the full booking should cancellation occur between 30 to 7 days prior to arrival.
100% cancellation fee will apply on full booking should cancellation occur in less than 7 days.
