DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A cancellation before 6 weeks prior to arrival at the chalet shall incur a cost of 50% of the total rental price (forfeiting the deposit).
A cancellation within 6 weeks prior to arrival at the chalet shall incur a cost of the total rental price.
If there is a cancellation after arrival at the chalet and guests do not stay the whole week, the full rental price is still payable.
The guest is responsible to arrange for their own cancellation insurance.

Children of all ages are welcome in the safari houses and children over the age of 12 are welcome in the main camp.
