CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be done in writing by either a fax or an e-mail.
If a booking is cancelled, the following costs will apply
If cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival, 100% of the quoted cost
If cancelled 2 to 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the quoted cost
If cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, 25% of the quoted cost
