Valid year round
Combine the 2 double family rooms and the single family room (sharing a bathroom), at the discounted rate of R1000 per night (sleeps 5).
Entire Lodge Special
Valid year round
Book the entire lodge, excluding Guinea Fowl Cottage (sleeps 10) on a self catering basis at only R2200 per night (standard rate R2650).
Book the entire lodge, including Guinea Fowl Cottage (sleeps 16) on a self catering basis at only R3000 per night (standard rate R3550).

Please note that by municipal regulation we are not allowed to hold parties, wedding receptions etc at the lodge due to Chartwell being a noise restricted area.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation. Single day bookings require a 100% deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations received 0 to 14 days prior to check-in date are subject to 50% of the total invoiced amount.
Cancellations received 15 to 28 days prior to check-in date are subject to 25% of the total invoiced amount.
Cancellations received 29+ days prior to check-in date are subject to 12.5% of the total invoiced amount.
Early departures are not eligible for a refund.
