CANCELLATION POLICY

Bookings cancelled 14 to 30 days prior to arrival - 50% cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival – cancellation fee would be 100% of total reservation.
"No show" on day of arrival will realize a 100% cancellation fee.
These cancellation fees are subject to the room/s being otherwise sold for the period initially booked i.e. any nights sold would be deducted from cancellation fee.
