DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A 50% deposit of the venue fee is required within seven days of making your booking in order to secure your date. This deposit is non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You agree to settle any penalties or cancellation fees regarding venue fees as well as food and beverages, which may be levied as a result of total cancellation. The following amounts will be charged:
• More than 60 days prior to arrival: 50% deposit of venue fee
• 60 - 22 days prior to arrival - 100% of the total venue fee
• 21- 07 days prior to arrival - 75% of the total value of the venue fee AND meal account
• Less than 07 days prior to arrival - 100% of the value of the venue fee AND meal account
In case of full cancellation, the cancellation fee will bear interest of 1% above prime rate per month until paid
