DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. Bookings made 0 to 14 days prior to check-in date require the total booking value to be paid within 24 hours. Bookings made from 1 January 2010 require a 100% deposit, and deposits during the 09/10 Festive Season and the 2010 Soccer World Cup are non refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations received 15 to 30 days prior to check-in date are subject to 20% of the total booking value.
Cancellations received 8 to 14 days prior to check-in date are subject to 50% of the total booking value.
Cancellations received 0 to 7 days prior to check-in date are subject to 100% of the total booking value.
No Shows are subject to 100% of the total booking value.
