Shoulder Season (16 January to 30 April 2012 and 1 October to 6 December 2012) R1550 per night, for the house
Low Season (1 May to 30 September 2012) R1400 per night, for the house

The above rates exclude a refundable breakages deposit of R1200 and a post-cleaning fee of R185..
