DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

We require a 50% deposit to secure the reservation.
The balance is due 7 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 7 days before arrival, the full amount is due to secure the reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A 25% cancellation fee is applicable if a booking is cancelled 45 days or more before arrival.
A 50% cancellation fee if cancelled 8 – 44 days before arrival.
A 100% cancellation fee if cancelled 7 days or less before arrival, “no show” or premature departure.
Should we however re-let the cancelled rooms, we will only charge a 20% administration fee, the rest of the deposit will be refunded.
