Luxury Self-catering flats Merlot & Pinotage located in one of the most beautiful seaside towns on the West Coast, Langebaan. Only one and a half hours drive from Cape Town is Paradise Beach, where you will find the flats Merlot & Pinotage.

Accommodation

The flats are perfectly situated, in a private and secured beach complex on an upper level at the beachfront, only ±10m from a ‘private’ beach. The flats are stylish, but with a homey feeling, each with a balcony with stainless steel braai facilities and 2 loungers for the summer.

Each flat has a different layout. Pinotage has a large bathroom with a shower and bath and a smaller bedroom and kitchen. Merlot has a smaller bathroom (shower only), a larger open plan living area and under floor heating.

Both flats have heated towel rails, especially to keep your towels warm for the chilly days. The flats have all necessities required to make your stay comfortable and unforgettable. The flats have well-designed kitchens with fridge, freezer, microwave, four plate stove and oven and a separate H2O water purifier system for drinking water.

The flats are very light and airy with huge euro-fold patio doors opening up to the balcony. The entrance to the flats is separate which ads to their privacy. Please note that we only accommodate 2 persons per flat and no smoking is allowed. Each flat has parking for only one vehicle on the premises and note that the parking.

Clos Malverne

These flats belong to the Pritchard family, owners of Clos Malverne Wine Estate in Stellenbosch. The flats are situated on the 3rd level above the Pritchard's Beach House. Letting is done on a private, personal and exclusive manner directly from Clos Malverne Wine Estate. Clos Malverne's Privileged Customers are particularly welcome.

We strive to offer only the best service possible, offering you a taste of South African hospitality. You will be welcomed at your accommodation by staff of the Clos Malverne Winery in Stellenbosch, where you will receive 2 bottles of wine from this well known estate.

The West Coast

The West Coast has one of the driest climates in South Africa. The winter rainfall is extremely low, so Langebaan is one of the best places to visit right through the year. There are many activities in the surrounding area to keep you busy in the times that you are not relaxing for example: fishing, diving, skiing, sea kayaking, swimming, cycling etc. Further more, for those of you who are interested in the town life, there are many great restaurants to visit such as the Farmhouse Hotel which offer exquisite lunches.
