DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
As a rule, we require a 25% deposit to confirm a booking but during peak season we require a 50% deposit. The 50% balance has to be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival for high season bookings. For out-of-season, cash can be paid instead on arrival day. Once we have received proof of payment by either fax or e-mail, the booking is officially confirmed
CANCELLATION POLICY
The 50% deposit required to confirm a booking is NON-REFUNDABLE.
The 50% balance payment required 6 weeks prior to arrival is also NON-REFUNDABLE.
However, should there be a valid reason why one is unable to travel, such as death or any other unforeseen disaster; it is up to our discretion to (partially) refund. If we are able to rent the establishment out to other guests, the deposit can be refunded. We will do everything we can to assist and arrange a fair result for all parties.
