DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

50% deposit required within 7 days of reservation, unless occupation date is 21 days or less away, when deposit will be required within 2 days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

3 days or on arrival/during stay/no show: full payment due
3 - 14 days before date of arrival full deposit forfeited
15 - 28 days before date of arrival 75% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever is greater) is forfeited.
28 days before date of arrival 50% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever is greater) is forfeited.
