DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

We require a 50% deposit 1 month prior to the check-in date or 2 months prior to the check-in date for bookings for August, Setember and December. If the booking is made less than a month before the check-in date, the deposit is required within three days to confirm the booking. Balance payable on site.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation 21-28 days prior to check-in date, 75% of the deposit is refunded.
Cancellation 14-21 days prior to check-in date, 50% of the deposit is refunded.
Cancellation 7-14 days prior to check-in date, 25% of the deposit is refunded.
Cancellation 0-7 days prior to check-in date, no refund.
