DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

Holidays and High Season – 50% booking deposit and balance 60 days prior to arrival.
Low Season – 25% booking deposit and balance 15 days prior to arrival.
A refundable damage deposit is required.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking deposit and final payment refunded to the extent I can relet same dates to others, less a R500 cancellation fee. Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
