DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

1 month up to 2 weeks before arrival : 30% of total booking
2 weeks to 7 days before arrival : 50% of total booking
7 days to 1 day before arrival : 75% of total booking

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations received 7 to 14 days prior to check in date will be charged 50% of the total booking value.
Cancellations received 1 to 6 days prior to check-in date will be charged 75% of the total booking value.
No shows or cancellations on check-in date will be charged 100% of the total booking value.
